We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to collaborate with the Board in providing strategic oversight and management of all financial aspects of the business and commercial activities.

We now need to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to collaborate with the Board in providing strategic oversight and management of all financial aspects of the business and commercial activities, including consultancy, property, software and equipment sales. As a member of the Board, you will head the Finance function so that it is fit for purpose and provides the company with meaningful and incisive management information. The role also ensures that financial, operational and compliance risks are identified and controlled. Management and oversight of Howbery Park Estates, the legal team and the IT team are also part of the CFOs responsibilities.

You must be a qualified accountant who have significant demonstrable experience of the consultancy sector, preferably with experience working in a global engineering business and understand charitable or Not-for-Profit environments . Commercial experience in software, property or equipment sales is desirable. The role will be based at our offices in Wallingford, Oxfordshire and we offer hybrid working.
